Our mission is to bring awareness to the astronomically different prices between bottled water and tap water.
Bottles water companies sell water for 2,279 times the cost of tap water.
Tap water is sold in CCFs (100 cubic feet of water) and one CCF of tap water costs $2.10 compared to $7,659.20 which a CCF of bottles water (with the average cost of $1.45 per bottle).
Think about it this way: if you drank an average of 64 oz. per day the yearly cost would be either:
$0.48 (tap water)
or:
$1,095 (bottled water)
Knowing this, we hope people will pledge to stop drinking bottled water to better their own financial situation, and their community's economy.
